- 6 oz - Milk Chocolate Chips
- 6 oz - Butterscotch Chips
- 8 cups - Special K Cereal
- 1 cup - Peanut Butter
- 1 cup - Light Corn Syrup
- 1 cup - Sugar
Steps
- Put 8 cups of the Special K cereal in a large bowl.
- Put sugar and corn syrup in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and add peanut butter.
- Pour the mixture from the medium sauce pan over the Special K and then mix until thoroughly coated. Take the cereal mixture and push into a cookie pan so it is about 1/2" high.
- Melt the butterscotch chips and the milk chocolate chips according to directions on package. Pour and spread chip mixture over cereal mixture.
- Let cool and cut into 1x1 inch squares.
