- Vegetable Cooking Spray
- 26 oz - Spaghetti Sauce, Divided
- 10 oz - Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed, Drained
- 1 cup - Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup - Parmesan Cheese, Divided
- 1/2 tsp - Ground Pepper
- 1/2 tsp - Nutmeg
- 1 pkg - Jumbo Pasta Shells, Approx 18, Cooked
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spoon half of the sauce into an 11x17 baking dish coated in cooking spray.
- Combine spinach, ricotta, 1/4 cup of parmesan, pepper & nutmeg; Stir well. Spoon mixture into shells & arrange in dish.
- Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Cover & bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
