Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells by bdreams

Serve with garlic bread and extra parmesan!

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spoon half of the sauce into an 11x17 baking dish coated in cooking spray.
  2. Combine spinach, ricotta, 1/4 cup of parmesan, pepper & nutmeg; Stir well. Spoon mixture into shells & arrange in dish.
  3. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Cover & bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
