- 1 tsp - Granny Smith Apple
- 1/2 lb - Boneless Pork
- 1 tbsp - Chinese Rice Wine
- 1 tbsp - Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp - Green Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1 tsp - Fresh Ginger Root, Chopped
- 24 - Square Wonton Wrappers
- 3 cups - Chicken Stock
- 1/8 cup - Green Onion, Finely Chopped
Steps
- In a large bowl combin pork, sugar, wine, soy sauce, 1 tsp onion, and ginger. Blend well & let sit for 25-30 minutes.
- Place ~1 tsp filling in center of each wrapper. Fold and seal with a bit of water.
- Bring chicken stock to a rolling boil. Drop wontons in and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion & serve.
