- 1/2 tsp - Eggs
- 4 - Medium Sized Cucumber
- 1 tbsp - Salt
- 11/2 tbsp - White Vinegar
- 1/4 cup - Salad Oil
- 3 tbsp - Chopped Dill
- Dash Of Salt
- Dash Of Pepper
Steps
- scrub cucumbers, but do not peel.
cut off ends. slice paper thin
(very important). sprinkle with salt and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
- drain and rinse to remove salt. squeeze dry.
- combine sour cream, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and dill. pour over cucumbers. add salt and pepper taste. chill before serving.
