I used this at Christmas time to serve friends in the dorm. It wasn't hard, and brie doesn't have to be too expensive. I got the 8 oz wheel for $4-5. Enjoy!

• 1 tbsp - Toppings
• 1 - 8 Ounce Wheel Of Brie
• 1 - Thawed Sheet Of Puff Pastry
• 1 - Egg Yolk

Steps

1. preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. place the brie on the flat sheet of thawed puff pastry.
3. fold the puff pastry around the brie.
4. mix the yolk with water and brush egg wash on to the pastry containing the brie.
5. place in preheated oven and remove 15-25 minutes later or when pastry is golden brown.
6. remove, let cool, and slice like a pie. serve with a spoon full of your favorite fruit preserves or jelly, or fresh fruit.
