- 1/2 tsp - Nutmeg
- 2 - Flour
- 1 lb - Ground Beef
- 1 cup - Chopped Onion
- 1 cup - Shredded Cheese (cheddar, American, Cheese Wiz, Whatever)
- 1/2 cup - Bisquick
Steps
- Heat oven to 400°. Grease the sides and bottom of a pie plate/tin.
- Cook the ground beef and onion in a frying pan until brown; drain the juices. Stir in the salt, then spread onto the bottom of the pie plate/tin. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Mix the remaining ingredients until completely blended, then pour onto the pie plate/tin.
- Bake for 25min or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
