- 2 tbsp - Sour Dough Bread
- 6 pieces - Large Brown Potatoes
- 6 tbsp - Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp - Oregeno
- 2 tbsp - Rosemary
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375
Cut the potatoes into fours pieces and put them into a large bowl
- Add the oil and spices and mix well
- Chuck the potatoes into the oven on a baking sheet and let her rip for 25 minutes, add/take 5 minutes depending on how crisp and or soft you want them
- Serve with your choice of salt, Mayo, Ketchup, Vinegar, or whatever.
