This is a great, filling soup and as easy as it gets. Campbell's makes a good soup but after doctoring it up, it's even better. Perfect on cold days.

Steps

  1. Fire up the stove and start cooking your potato soup. Use the empty can to measure almost a full can of milk and pour that in. Stir.
  2. While it's heating, peel and chop your potato and dice the onion. You should end up using the whole potato depending on the size but probably just half the onion, just feel it out. Add it to the soup when you're done. Salt and pepper to your taste.
  3. Open up the tomatoes and dump a few over top and season it with a sprinkle of parsley.
