Steps

  1. Turn on oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Remove cap stem of the mushroom by twisting it off ( save the stem for another time for your omelet or something, or you can just throw it out, it's up to you).
  3. Wash the cap of the mushroom.
  4. Put mushroom in a baking dish. with the underside facing up
  5. Poke some holes in the mushroom with a fork then pour the balsamic vinaigrette on to the mushroom.
  6. Put Mushroom in oven ( it doesn't matter if the oven is all the pre-heated, I usually just go for it.) and let it bake for about 10 minutes.
  7. After the 10 minutes place the mozzarella cheese on the mushroom and melt the cheese on to it for about 3-5 minutes
