- 1/2 cup - Balsamic Viniagrette
- 1 cup - Mozzarela Cheese
- 1 - Portobello Mushroom
Steps
- Turn on oven to 450 degrees.
- Remove cap stem of the mushroom by twisting it off ( save the stem for another time for your omelet or something, or you can just throw it out, it's up to you).
- Wash the cap of the mushroom.
- Put mushroom in a baking dish. with the underside facing up
- Poke some holes in the mushroom with a fork then pour the balsamic vinaigrette on to the mushroom.
- Put Mushroom in oven ( it doesn't matter if the oven is all the pre-heated, I usually just go for it.) and let it bake for about 10 minutes.
- After the 10 minutes place the mozzarella cheese on the mushroom and melt the cheese on to it for about 3-5 minutes
